Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating custom kitchen designs that exceed expectations.
• Subcontractor Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates for subcontractor work, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Material Procurement: Source and procure materials, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our kitchen renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers to establish project goals, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive team player who is collaborative, ambitious, and smart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Planning Meetings: Meet with customers to discuss project goals, timelines, and establish a clear path for success.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality work that aligns with project timelines.

Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a plumber for contracted work. You will be responsible for accurately and professionally installing plumbing for kitchen, bath, and home additions.

Plumber Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and service valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in the installation of bath installations including but not limited to bathtubs, shower bases, walk-in baths, lavatories, toilets, etc.
• Install, repair, and service plumbing fixtures for kitchens including but not limited to sinks, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.
• Collaborates with Cederberg project managers, electricians, and other construction professionals.
• Knowledge of costs pertaining to extensive plumbing costs to contracts.
• Must know plumbing codes with some building knowledge such as cutting into joists and
  support structures.
• Strong customer service skills.

Plumber Qualifications/Skills:

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of safety regulations, and safety practices
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Must be punctual and reliable with excellent work ethic
• Must own and have experience and knowledge of all tools to do the job
• Must be able to read install layout and problem solve as needed
• Must have own vehicle to meet the needs of the job
• Must work well with others realizing the scope of work can involve working around other trades and developing relationships with construction managers.
• Install kitchen hoods, bath fans
• Upgrade HVAC systems
• Duct Work
• Spec & Install new systems

This is a subcontractor position and all applicants must be licensed and insured to include workers comp. This position is physically demanding and can include heavy lifting as well as ability to navigate stairs. Compensation is per job and is based on scope of work with the install.

• Must be detail oriented in order to install toe, fillers, crown of various types, adjusting doors, leveling, shimming, installing hardware, etc.
• Must work well with others realizing the scope of work can involve working around other trades and developing relationships with construction managers.
